Wrong laptop

I have bought dell inspiron laptop from a shop. I told him to give me inspiron 15r laptop. But he gave me inspiron 14r laptop. Now in cash memo what is written is not same with the given laptop. The laptop has several problem from the start.

PROBLEM

1.The adapter was not working with in 3 month.(When i told him they told me that

in adapter no warranty. It was replaced. but with in 1 month again its wire burnt).

2.web cam was not working from 4th month from the buying

(it replaced. and now working)

3.sometimes keys have to press forcefully.

4. over all my screen is not 39cm (i have told them to give to me)

THE MAIN THING IS THAT THEY HAVE CHEATED WITH ME.(IN MY BILLL INVOICE IT IS CLEARLY WRITTEN THAT IT IS 15R LAPTOP.

BUT THEY GAVE ME 14R LAPTOP)

I give the bill invoice of that laptop.please help me
