Dear Sir,
This is Harmeet Singh Pruthi, I have a problem with my laptop. When I was switching it on, the screen was showing a message "BOOT MGR is missing", and recovery key is also not working.
I have given my laptop to the nearest Service Center, i.e., HITECH Informatics, 301, 2nd floor, Oxford House, Rustom Pang main road, behind Manipal Hospital, Airport Road Bangalore.
They said that they will informed me about my laptop after 4-5 days. They are charging me Rs.1500 even though my laptop is under warranty. I want to know that why they are asking for such an amount? I am seriously concern about the quality of service, which I came across in last few days.
Please look to the complaint seriously. Awaiting for a reply from your side.
