I Am Looking For IT Projects Some Days Ago For My Company. One Consultant come Online In Gmail And Send Me details About Projects That Are Give Upfront For Every Project. I Select One Project That are PHP Based Project. Then We Sign NDA For That In Banglore With Other Main Consultant And Sing NDA Again With USA, Atlanta Company Ameritechweb Services.
And Indian Consultant Are Mr Bhagvant Sing And Umesh Sankar In bangalore. We Deal That They Give Regular Outsource Projects. We Take First Projects And Working On That Some Days. We Made Changes And Day To Day Submit Work To That Company. And Client Mention Changes We Made On Same Days.
We Make NDA On Term Is That They Give Daily Feedback. But We Waiting Every Time 2 Days After Submitted Work. Then We Make Complete Website Then There Is No Response From Them About 15 Days. In Between I Made Many Times Call But No Answer Then After 7 Days Project Manager Of That Company Pick Up My Call And Told Me That They Just Waiting For Payment From Clients So I Told Ok Send Me Another Project But Stiill Again 10 Days No Email And No Phone After That They write Your Project Is Cancelled. So I Disturb And Write Only "What The Hell" So They Terminate Agreement And Not Refund My Money. So I Want Strict Action On That. I Need My Money Refund. I Also Provide More Detail After That.
