Sir. I have an acer laptop ASPIRE 4741Z and the laptop is under warranty/guarantee period the charger is not working, cd writer is not working, delete button is not working. I am a student studying in Lovely Professional University Jalandhar and facing a lot of problems because of this. I have lodged a complain in the toll free no but till now no actin have been taken. Kindly treat this issue as fast as possible I would be obliged to you for this.
