I made a complaint for Acer Gateway laptop with the case ID 052812-19, the engineer visited the location and I was told that the keyboard needs
replacement for which I have sent the copy of the bill to the service centre. After more than one week of continuous follow-up with the service centre and with the customer care department of Acer, I am yet to receive a resolution. Nobody I have talked to have given me any date for the replacement of the keyboard. The service centre and the customer base is in Bangalore, (where I am located) and there should not be any delay in replacement.
Since the issue has been pending for such a long time, I am in the right to ask for an immediate replacement of the laptop with a new one. As the keyboard is not functioning, I'm not able to use the laptop and this is a serious loss for me.
