This complaint is on Acer desktop computer service. I had an issue with a brand new Acer PC and a INHOME technician came home to fix the issue While doing so the technician broke the front panel of the PC which i did not notice and realized it the next day when my Pc started making weird noises, When i called Acer support to notify this issue. I was not believed and was told i have to pay as it's a physical damage. Why should i pay for something which is not done my me. I also told them if we catch hold of the technician we will know the truth but nothing was done. Hopefully i get a resolution from this forum, as i have been neglected & cheated by Acer.
