Acer laptop not working
I have purchased an Acer laptop Extenza 4630Z from Singapore in March 2009. Within a month’s time the display stopped. With much difficulty I was able to contact the company Engineer who was arrogant and abusive and refused to entertain the complaint. I met the local service Centre and they tried their level best to get the spare part- FLE inverter- but were unable to help me as the Acer Company refused to send the spare part. Ultimately I contacted my brother in Singapore who got within a day and sent it to me. Now the laptop’s screen is not working properly and has so many lines appearing at the bottom. I am fed up with Acer products and I appeal to all consumers “DO NOT PURCHASE ACER PRODUCTS, DO NOT EVEN GO NEAR IT>”
