sir,
my laptop is showing a hard disk problem. i thought it as a software problem and formatted 3 times the whole hard disk. but the same problem is showing again and again. so i became sure that it's a hard disk problem.
when i called to the toll free no. of acer to verify the problem, they said that my laptop's serial no. is not validated in their software though the day before i registered the laptop with same serial no. on www.acer.co.in and it showed the exact model no. i.e travelmate 4740-332G32Mnss. They also said to send a mail to [email protected] and with in 24 hours they will call me. but it has been 72 hours and i've got no calls yet.
the local service center of acer are not receiving the laptop saying that it's a software problem.
so kindly verify the problem and inform me soon.
