I bought my Acer Lap Top on August the 15th; and I am unable to upgrade to Windows7 as somebody seems to have used my Lap Top serial no to upgrade his operating system to Windows7. I had booked my lap for repairs right after the purchase as optical drive was faulty.
So I assume serial no of my machine is being misused by someone at the repair center. Request your assistance to help me fix this issue as I have to upgrade my operating system to windows 7 ASAP.
