Slow process

Sir/madam,

I am having ACER laptop, in that i installed informatica and cognos tools.

In that laptop there is kaspersky antivirus but not yet updated, so i installed symentec antivirus, at that time the installation get stopped and the lap becomes very slow processing and its becomes hanging.

I am having project Review so please send solution sir/madam.
