Sir,
I am going to register a case against your company at the consumer court within next 4 days. Because i think some kind of action should be taken against you people for fooling us and not even taking responsibility for it.

I am Mr. Suresh Krishnan from mumbai, This refers to the
acer notebook AS4810TZ purchased on 26-01 from MS vijay
sales, vashi-navi mumbai. Since then the said machine gets
hanged after one hour. i have called at your customer care
more than 5 times, they have suggested me to re-install
windows 7 through the recovery disc. i have re-installed
windows 7, still the problem is not solved then they had
given me the case id 03121-20 and asked me to take my
notebook to the acer service center at sector-17, vashi,
Navi-Mumbai.
Then again i called at your customer care and registered a
complain they had given me this case id 032210-24 after that
again i took this notebook to the service center located at
sector-17 vashi, navi mumbai. This time they told me that
the machine is working properly the only problem is with CD
ROM and within the 2, 3 days they will be replacing it but
the system hang problem is solved after keeping it for 2
days. Again on 30-3 to the said service center, they
changed the CD ROM tray and returned it to me.
On the same day the system again got hanged and the next
day i took this to the said service center and requested
them to check whether this problem is due to OS and told
them to keep it for another 3, 4 days and solve the problem
i am facing with the system.
Today morning i had collected my notebook from the said
service center around 11.30 am after keeping it with them
for 6 days and he said that the problem is solved, you
wont face any system hang problem from now onwards.
Around 12.30 pm i switched on the notebook, within 5 mins
it got hanged.
Now i think there is no use of taking this notebook again
and again to your service center and i dont think this is
brand new notebook, i think you people have fooled me
although i paid Rs 30, 000 to purchase this notebook. This is
my first acer notebook and its a very bad and irritating
experience with you people.
Now i am writing this mail to inform you that i am not in a
position to again take this notebook back to your service
center to get my problem resolved. Although i will take this
notebook to your service center now once to show to your
engineer that the system is getting hanged again.
After this i am going to take a legal action against acer
for fooling me and for all the pain you people have given me
since the day i purchased this notebook.
