M Rishikesh Mishra from Madurai (T.N.).last year 26/03/20 i was purchased Acer Laptop (model aspire 4740) Sr. No.- LXPMJ0C038007785451601. Now i m facing the problem regarding laptop battery . i did complain also to acer customer care, they asked Sr. No.. i gave Sr. No. bur they are telling this is invalid Sr. No. even though i sent a pic of Sr. No. but they are not doing thing to solve my problem.
