We have booked the Novatium Net PC in the month of December by paying an amount of Rs.3300. The Novatium solutions pvt ltd registered with ROC, Chennai failed to deliver us the Net PC so far. When we are asking for the refund now. The company lower and middle management is not refunding the said sum even after many reminders since last 3months. please tell us the remedy available to claim the amount and to bring an action against the company.
