Complaint / review / scam report

Dear Sir,

This is to bring you a kind notice that i have tried to purchased 32GB Scan disk Cruser Pen drive Through ICICI BANK NET Banking on 12.12.2012, for Rs. 1039, against the Order no.919985821 but unfortunately after confirming from your customer Executive Mr. Rudrakash & along with the receiving email & complain no: 77231071, we found that the payment was not received from your side ie. (Homeshop 18), & the same amount has been deducted from my ICICI bank A/C on particular date 12.12.2012. so again after few hours i placed the same order through other banking portal vide order no: 920011041. & found it successful.

Now, on 13.12.12, evening i Again received the email from your side & found again that my first order no.(919985821) has been successfully made on 13.12.2012. it means that for same product i have paid 2times money. since hows its possible after getting the confirmation email of non-payment received on 12.12.2012 from your side for the 1st order no.(919985821)

SO Kindly look in the matter & cancel my 1st order no.(919985821) & also credit the same amount of Rs.1039 back to my ICICI A/c ASAP .since the order transaction was not made on that particular date.12.12.2012 after getting confirmation E-mail.

Futher to above email. i also want to bring you information that by having regular followup from your customer care executive, my problem is not resolved yet from last 3days.

so kindly look into matter on urgent basis
