Order booking with product not in stock, Shipping order without information no updates and didn't entertain the request for delivery date

Dear Sir/Ma'am

I order a set of 3 pen drives on 23 -Nov on COD basis, Order was confirmed and to be shipped by 28-Nov order although item was not in stock when i asked for order on 28th,

On 28-Nov, I called they told me it was out of stock (order booked, and was not appearing online), I requested them to please ship the order early as i will be not in town from 7th to 15 th, i requested to manage according to that, i got a date of 4th

on 4th even i called they again told not in stock, i requested not to ship or delay the delivery when in stock after 14th only, they said ok we will,

But they shipped and it reached my door on 11th, i requested even carrier boy to hold the order i will pick on 15th but in vain,

After when i called on 15th i got a ruth less response from them telling me place a new order, i asked to place they said now it is not available, when it will come then u place,

secondly, when i asked why they didn't entertain my request for delivery although first stockout and delay shipment was on their part.

I just request the authority to help me to get the order on the same price the order no. is 798368805
