3 tickets are logged with Acer till now for same issue as below.
110212-99, 19267I, 35775I
Issue- Laptop Charging port on Motherboard is having issue.
Resolution Provided- Replaced the Laptop Motherboard
Repeated issue- Laptop works for for a Day or two. After that again same issue of slow charging. It takes one Day to charge fully-100%
Can Anyone let me know the procedure to lodge a case against Acer Company.
