HI,

I had purchased a Reliance Netconnect for my online classe.

They told me that:-

1> it will give speed upto 3.1MBPS, and not less that 1MBPS.

2> you can stream youtube videos without buffer.

3> you can attend online classes.

but none of there claims are true.

1> Speed is always below 200kbps.

2> Youtube videos are not streaming

3> Online class is a dream for me.

I am struggling for the same approx for last one month.

The person who deliver me the device is not receiving my calls,

Even that lady from Reliance who explained me the plan is not receiving my call.

Sometimes someone else receive the call and inform me that Boss is not in office and he has diverted his call to my number.

They are directly lying to me and cheating me.

I dont have much time to run behind them, i have my job and study.

I am losing my time, money and classes everything.

I request you for a strong action against them.
