Recently three of my friends joined in this company by paying 80k, reference given by KUMAR he is working in same company and he is processing for BACKDOOR.
After joining my friends came to know that this is a fake company and they said that company is not having senior employes to work on a project, all are 2011 and 2012 pass-outs, no one is having experience to handle project or to guide juniors. Hr introduces Employe's who joined this company before 2 r 3 months as senior employes. My frnd personally met on of the senior employee to grab the information at that time senior employe explained he is just 3 months old for this company, my frnd's mind was totally blocked by hearing his words.
They are charging different different amount for 2012 and 2013 pass-outs. my frnds came to know that all employes paid some amount to the company, some of them came through consultancies. Now my frnd can also process for this company only for 50k by this you can understand about this company.
Company is removing employes after 3months by showing proof as LACK OF PERFORMANCE. If students is not performing well means its not a problem of company its students problem upto this point nothing wrong. But how can a HR ask employes to work for more 3months for free???
U people can see this company in GOVT recognized companies list, but seeing this so many students joined in this. its all fake and this is one of the trick played by the company to attract students
Recently they terminated nearly 6-7 members, and now they are recruiting students through backdoor to fill these positions.
After one month new bath comes outs and they will do recruit again...
and the chain continuous...
