POOR SERVICE FROM ADOBE

I have been trying to download my software i purchased as a bulk volume licensing via the internet. I had my computers ****** end of last year and I am now trying to reload the software I purchased last year on to my new laptop and I cannot get it loaded. I then have to call the call centre which is located in India and you hold on just to get a reference number and then you hold on again for the volume licensing dept. its been 1, 5 hrs Ive just put the phone down and I still havent got the software reloaded onto my laptop its stopped at 58%. When you try find a complaints button or a help button guess what South Africa is not listed as a country! Its a circle going nowhere.
