Dear Sir / Madam,

I Hitesh K Patel having BEST pass ID : 40167387, yesterday dated 29-12 i have renewed my BEST pass i.e from Agarkar chowk to Chandavali junction as per the rate chart provide on the website at www.bestundertaking.com the charges of renewal of Best bus pass is Rs.240/- but when yesterday I have renew my Best bus pass they charge me Rs.271/- kindly look into the matter and do the needful.
