Poor Service

I am using landline of BSNL for the last 3 past years I am very much dissatisfied with your service. My number is 004-22241692 (My address is P.Subramanian No:1 7th street B.V Nagar Chennai 600114.i am just tell the complaint for the last 6month. My telephone line wire coming through in next street. (At mean i stay in 7th street but my land line telephone wire will come through on 8th street.) There have so many problems create. I ask separate line in my near house. But your dept people tell this week will finish next week will finish but still your dept not compile the work. Pls take immediate action for this issue.
