Shifting land line numbe

My name is yogesh kumbhare. this number (0251-2698088)

Registered in my Father Bhawrao P. Kumbhare. We are shifting room at 1/12.

than we are shifting Application form at 14/12 submit BSNL KULGON (E), they are Received form

and after that they connect line from our balding Junction box. Date (7/01) but not connection

connect till date, when we are contacted bsnl off. Kulgaon but they not any reason.

so pls help me what are problem and why leat till date. All work done but just connection not contacted why

pls help me.
