We have taken BSNL landline connection - 0135 - 2773220 for our Dehradun residence. During August our connection got disconnected abruptly & we lodged a complaint immediately with Premnagar BSNL office & Customer care. Complaint was also lodged at Head office on Rajpur road wide complaint number - 1001050769.
There has been no progress on status even after 3 months of Complaint lodging. We have been following up with Lineman, supervisors & Customer care.
We understand that neighbourhood phones have been rectified but no progress has happened on our number.
This kind of service is not expected out of BSNL which is claimed to be most efficient public sector units.
Looking forward for some action in this regard & if anyone can advise how to get the phone rectified pls let me know.
