I am a customer of Bharat Gas.My gas supplier is Chaitanya Gas Agency, Dombivli East.It is nearly impossible to book a cylinder on phone as all phones of Chaitanya Gas are Always busy.
Therefore, Chaitanya Gas Agency should be immediately directed by Bharat Gas to start cylinder booking by SMS and E-Mail.As their all phone lines are always busy and it is not always possible for customers to book the cylinder by visiting the agency.
