I have purchase a HCL Desktop PC as and when I have purchased its keyboard not working properly. I have lodged a complaint through vendor and HCL service center contacted me I told everything to them, they told me that they solve my problem with in 24 to 48 hours, but till they don't contacted me about my problem.
