I bought matress from Furniture Bazar (Big Bazar) in 2010 around month of June. Which was given faulty, means, it got irregular shape after using three or four months, had lot of back pain during this priod. I lodged complaint and got replaced matress of same company. Again, that replaced matress was having same with it. I also replaced it within warranty, year 2011 June.
I am again having same issue now but warranty period is over. Seems like they are selling product with low quality and replacing them several time in warranty. Now they are accepting my faulty matress saying that warranty period is over.
Can you please help me on this? to whom i need to contact?
