We bought Elica Gas Oven & Cimney less than an year ago from an exibition at Hitex near Hi-Tech City at Hyderbad with lot of promises but we are experiencing the worst ever service provided by the Elica Service technicians they could not repair Auto Ignition Switch for the Gas Oven which found faulty within a week of purchase... now after 6 months Chimeny has also started noising too much with some weird sound inside, for suction the level 1 does not work... if we change to level 2 the noise is too much and the weird sound will start. when we call the dealer he says call service center and the service center guys never picks up the call or they give false promises like someone will be there in 24 Hrs or 48 Hrs... Not sure if this complian can help me... but definitely it can help others never ever go for this Product from Elica..
