AMC and service is very poo

Sir,

Gave so many calls for attending my RO system bought from Eureka Forbes company which is under two year AMC starting from 29/8 to 28/8.customer number registered in aqua guard is 1005923251.

So far people have not attended the fault and am buying water can from the shop.

over and above the money lost, tension in the house is very high. Totally i might have spend at least twenty calls to their service centre.

actually an outsourced person namely RASA Care is doing the service on behalf of aqua guard.

They have not turned out yet.
