Non-receipt of refill

I have booked a refill of my HP Gas on 11-04-2011 vide on-line booking no. 470689 which was downloaded by the Distributor M/s Tap Trisha, Jessore Road, Kolkata (13970300) and was confirmed by the distributor on the following day vide order no 424811. No refill was supplied till 04-05-2011. The matter was brought to the notice of the Company vide Complaint N0 11006535 dated 29-04-2011. Now the Distributor is showing vindictive attitude and asks me to meet them, which is not possible for me at present. Kindly do the needful.
