Non booking of the Cyllinde

Dear Sir,

I am having gas connection in Ahmedabad with Distributor "Nirmala Agency" situated in Ranip, Ahmedabad. Our Gas connection no is 24976 on the name of Subhadraben P Bhavsar, 306, ANsuya Pats. Navavadaj, As we are trying to book the cyllinder on phone nos. 27526443/24526442/27531939 it is contineously getting engage atlast while getting through operator refuses to book the cyllinder saying You have Piped gas connection hence it will not be booked. To my surprise i dont know where and how these people installed Piped gas in my house, as I requesed sir, I dont have any piped gas connection he refuses saying we have information and you are lying. I requested the send a person to cross verify the same. Today one person arises and says apaka gas valve leak hai 70 Rs dena padega to hi gas milega nahi to gas milega hi nahi aur book bhi nahi hoga. This is happening since last three months. Please save us from these decoits!!!
