I'm Y. Naveen Kumar. I'm one of the customer of Indane gas. I'm owning an account in Anand enterprises... The main reason for keeping the complaint is, the people who has to deliver the gas cylinder to the home is not working according to the protocol. They were not responding properly towards public in our area (Neeruganti street, Anantapur). As a customer i had booked the gas in the month of may but still i didn't got the cylinder. Recently my dad visited the office and asked the details... They gave a new bill and gave a number to contact delivery boy... That boy is not at all responding... Without seeing the bill he is telling that ur bill had been cancelled u again take a bill from office and call afterwords. If we say that recently we had taken the bill, then he will that cal us tomorrow... This is the situation our family is facing... In order to bring to your notice i'm posing this complaint. I'm expecting a positive response for my problem. My customer ID is 46586. Thank you.
