I am a consumer of Indian Oil Corporatation's LPG Gas from Omkaram Gas Agencies, Oachira, Kollam District. My consumer Number is 759 and my address is Krishnabhavanam, Adinadu North PO, Karunagappally, Kollam District, PIN 690542.
I am facing a big problem with the Omkaram Gas Agencies, that is, the Refilled Cylinder is supplied after a long period (normally 55-60 days). First of all I would like to know that, why should this much time do they take for the delivery.
Secondly, whenever I try to call their office, once the lines are busy, otherwise the call is not taken.
As I am working abroad, and my wife is working in Government Service, we cannot approach the agency each month for this regards. If the call is taken they say regularly the same saying: "the load has not come"
I am having two cylinders in my account. I have booked for a refilled cylinder on August 21st, 2010. Today it is 19th October 2010. After this 60 days both my cylinders have been empty. Me and my wife continuously trying to call the agency from the morning today. But both the lines are busy all the times. And once it is ringing the phone will not be attended.
What should I do? Where should I approach for getting me a proper solution. Not only me, all the consumers under this Omkaram Agency are facing the same issues for years.
Some of my friends say that they were dealing with some other agent in Karunagappally. But once they tried to book for refilled cylinder they say, your account has been shifted to Omkaram Agency and contact them for further dealings. What is this? Without knowing the consumer they have been shifted. What should I call to this? Why this is going on here in India? The agency in Karunagappally is very sincere and they deliver refilled cylinder in maximum of 15 days.
So kindly do help me (not only me, but also all the consumers who are facing this problem from Omkaram Gas Agency).
