Delay delivery of gas cylinde

I am consumer of indane gas distributer named shri radha govind gas service

this agency always deliver the cylinder after approx, ten days of booking.

i have a long record of gas booking & delivery dates, witch shows the bad service of

above said agency.

please help me.
