Sir, I am a customer of Kishen Gas Agency Shimla Road, dehradun since a very long time. Recently when i booked for a refill cylinder they said it would be delivered within 10 days. (I have booked it on 4th march) again i went to ask about cylinder as they never pick the phone they said they would deliver the cylinder now you go to home n wait. but till the date i have not received the the cylinder, when i saw delivery boy near to my house i asked about cylinder he said it has not yet come, he was not behaving well and i was totally irritated by the way he spoke to me. I strongly say please look after this matter. The staffs working in the agency and the delivery boys do not know how to talk decently. They are always rude. The Agency owner should definitely look into this seriously, otherwise he might loose his business very soon... or please favour me if you can manage to change my distributor.
