I have my Indane Gas distributor viz R.S. Distributor at Kolkata. I booked my order on 11.6.I received one SMS from 54411 stating that my refill booking no:203102 with Cash memo No;1341has generated on 11.6.On 13.6. received one SMS that cylinder has delivered against refill booking no:203102 with c.m No:1341. But tiil date i have not recd. any cylinder. whenever i visited for information it is said that to contact with delivery man and delivery man says they do not know. It is the usual practice of R.S to sell the cylinders in more rate to others in every time and they do not bother the customers like us.my consumer no:527828 & R.S tel:033 2466-6350, 033-2870-0311.pl.take measure to prevent such mal-practices, in future.
