SIR, i have booked a cylinder on 03/02 with auroshikha kolkata. My consumer number is 16075 & my booking reference number is 271461.Now on today 14/02 i have got a massage from your company that"cylinder has been delivered against your refill booking 271461 with cash memo 2846". But in reality i did not get any kind of cylinder. Now its my request please look into the matter and as soon as possible deliver the cylinder to me.
