Have any of you booked apartment from Amrutha Constructions (Amrutha Avenue -2) project in Kundalahalli?
I have a few concerns:
The project is not yet approved by any bank. But the builder says it will get approved in 2 months.
The floor plans are good and also builder seems courteous in response to questions.
There is SC/ST land ownership problem in the kundalahalli area where about 3.5 acres of land are in case starting from Family Mall to St. George's church on the shirdi sai temple road? Will this affect this apartment as well?
