My house was infested with bedbugs. I entered into a 45 days contract with ISS-Hicare India for eradication of bedbugs. They promised, house will be free of bugs with maximum two times spraying. BUT, this never happened. After ISS team sprayed medicine 4 times in last 45 days, the bugs are still very much there in my house. Everytime they finish their work, I FOUND LIVE BED-BUGS within 4 hours. Within 8 days of treatment, the bugs get back in with full vigour and strength, stronger than earlier (as if they are given a dose of TONIC, NOT POISON.
ISS bedbug service is in-effective and useless, a complete waste of time.
Everytime I was forced to call back ISS, very next of tretment of their, as I watched bedbugs climbing the wall and ceilings. ISS won't even respond properly on time. Sometimes the local office/vendor just disconnected our phone calls. After killing 45days time, they tell us the contract time has expired. Is this the way ISS completes the contract? Just by killing time (instead of bedbugs)?
Every time ISS sprays my house, the whole house gets upside down. It takes me 3 days to bring it back to shape. I take more hardship than ISS team in this. ISS WASTED a lot of MY TIME.
ISS MUST RETURN MY MONEY AND COMPENSATE FOR MY HARDSHIP.
