Parking and construction Quality - NEVER Buy property in Jyoti Supe

Hi All,

I wanted to remind and request every viewer about JYOTI SUPER GARDENIA, Indirapuram.

You should not buy proeperties from Jyoti Super Gardenia. WHY. Please see below.

1) Poor and bad management. Very unprofessional and unexperienced management.

2) Apartment construction quality (point 3 out of 10)

3) electicity wiring quality very worst class.

4) Construction material very very poor. apartment looks like 15 years old. but the reality is its 3 year old only

5) Parking very bad. Most of the resident are not satisfied. Parking is assigned where you have other car either behind or sorrounded.

6) Charged for covered parking but did not assign due to space issue

7) Swimming poor on top of 4th floor. Its not usable and there are leakage in apartment. This happend due to very very bad material used in it.

There are alot more but would suggest to VISIT Jyoti Super at Indirapuram. I am sure you wont buy even if they offer you very cleaper than market rates.

After seeing apartment you should get ANSWER.
