Not responding to complaint of change of Name since 4 Years

I am Abhijeet Toradmal, Consumer No. 160231450812 in billing Unit 4603 and owner of the house as well as the meter connection. I have been receiving the Bill since June-07 and repaying the same on regular basis.

It is been 4 years now that I'm not getting the bill on my own name and it is in name of Samrat Constructions. I had requested several times to make the necessary changes however not recieved any response from MSEB Dy. Executive Engineer.

Please advice me what can be done
