Hard drive replace

Respected Sir/Madam,

I am vijay babu from avadi. 4 months back I bought system and last 3 weeks back it created problem in my hard drive. And I gave hard drive (on 18-07) at thousand lights in mount road, seagate technology but no reply for my complaint, so please tell me what happened.
