Cheating in routine annual clearning of Aquaguard instrument

I had called them for routine annual maintenance (cleaning task) of my Aqua Guard (Compact) instrument on 19/06/10.

Servicing agent has charged me total Rs. 600/- towards Candle replacement (Rs. 250/-), Carbon replacement (Rs. 150/-), Labor charges (Rs. 200/-).

I kept the outlet running for ½ hr after carbon replacement.

More surprisingly, output water is still dirty!

I called him & asked him what is the matter, have you really replaced the candle??? He in turn asked me – why I did not ask him? Now, he can ‘t help!!

He should have shown me replaced candle, in fact he played a trick & asked me to show previous year bill. While I was searching that in a cupboard which is in another room, he was done with whole cleaning task in less than 5 minutes! I wonder!

I’ve been cheated by Om Enterprises.

I just contacted Eureka forbes, they told me that Om Enterprises is not there franchaisee, it is privately held firm, performing maintainance (?) activities of AquaGuard instruments.
