Documentation in prepaid

Dear sir,

1.) i am using prepaid mobile air tel company & i all ready submitted my document 4 times with in 2 month but air tel customer care calling me and saying to deposit my document and saying this regulation passed by TRAI pleas suggest me what i do.

2.) i am make tariff recharge my No rs 23

first recharge 25 Oct

second recharge 14 Nov

call charges at this tariff 50 paisa to all in india at any mobile but this services not activeted in my & his nodal officer saying recharge kindly recharge 42 rs tariff but this tarriff all ready withdrawn by air tel.

please suggest me what do
