Eware while purchasing from Raviraj Group

Hi,

I am a member of gharonda society pimple saudagar. The project is developed by Raviraj group (iso 9001 company).there were a lot of promises made at the time of purchase most of them unfulfilled. The finishing in the flooring plus all the places is not satisfactory.there are uneven broken tiles, seepage from walls, switches made of local company etc.

The drinking water supplied is hard water (numerous attempts were made to builder towards this but in vain), parking not allocated, number plate not there.

The residents have to run after the builder if water is not coming or to get small things done.

Moreover the response of the staff allocated there is irresponsive.

Be careful while u deal with raviraj group.
