my name is reena kumari, i have a prepaid connection of airtel, my cell no.is 09931109976 .sir i never told the company office of ranchi. to activate the service of missu alert 53030 but they activated it and for this they are deducting 5rupees for every five days. i tried several time to contact customer care executive of airtel but they dont pick my phone .i also send the sms several time but they are sending the sms that my sms cant be processed.
