I recharged my phone no. 9650389769 on 10/09 with Rs.200 which was debited from my credit card and i even got an SMS from Airtel confirming that my account has being credited with rs.200 but the amt was not credited to my account..on calling customer care i was told that as there is no scheme for Rs.200 and no amount was credited to this mobile noon this date... customer care could not give any information about the money and till date no refund has been made by Airtel.
