Sir the number 9880363635 i was using this for almost a decade now al-of a sudden they have disconnected.until 26 dec i was browsing i was ok but in d evening my battery drained and thd next day morning ven i switched on i was shocked it shocked it shows no network coverage. When contacted customer care one ms.rekha she told the sim as beenrecycled other than that she cant help in any way .so i contacted the supervisor i.e., sobha she told tat the sim has been recycled for non usage or address verification i was shocked to here this because i am using this number right from the begning two tothree times i have been produced my documents along with photo i dont know what verification they conduct and when? they are least bothered about the geniue customers they are along with them all these years. I like the consurened people look into the matter i get the thing rectified?
