We have registered a profile, finding a bride, before 3 monthsgiving clear instructions on our requirement. When we went for a meet there was different person who gave a false promise, and when we registered it was someone else. And now, it is some else who is taking care of the operations. Every month they keep changing their employees, finally the customer is suffered to the maximum, finding for our answers. In 3months, we hardly received a profile from them, and now when we went there to question them, they give lame excuses, and made us travel for more than 4 times. We fought for refund, and they are yet to pay the refund, and that too, it is only half the amount what we have paid. This is pathetic service, instead they can shut down and look for different opportunities in making money.
