I bought a premium member pack on www.firstphera.com for creating the wedding site invitation. There are lot of tabs that they promised does not work.
I am not able to load and open the photo albums. I am not able to change the background music tune. There are lot of bugs on the site.
There is not contact number or help line number provided on the site and after repeatedly mailing on the mail provided there has not been a single response from them. There are many others who have faced the same problem and feels this company is fraud.
