Efund of security fee

This is regarding the college security fee refund.

Iam an ex student of BLS institute of technology mangement, Bahadurgarh, Harayana (affiliated by guru gobind singh university).

Our college authorities are refusing to refund the security fee i.e. Rs 5000

Despite many requests and complaints no action has been taken lately.

kindly look into the matter.
